How Classes Work
My name is Eduardo Anievas. I have worked as a professional artist and art instructor for more than 30 years.
Every lesson is adapted to the student’s age, interests, experience, and goals. With children, I begin with their individual strengths and interests, helping them develop artistic skills while building confidence and enjoying the creative process.
I also have extensive experience teaching students with autism and other learning differences. My approach is patient, flexible, and tailored to the way each student learns best.

All Levels
No previous art experience is required. Lessons can introduce a beginner to drawing and painting or help a more experienced student develop technique, confidence, and a personal direction.
Materials and Location
Materials and project requirements are discussed before each lesson. Basic materials may be provided depending on the project, and students are welcome to use their own preferred supplies. Private lessons are offered in Astoria, Queens, by appointment and subject to availability. The exact address is provided after the lesson has been confirmed.
Pricing
Private lessons:
One hour: $90
Ninety minutes: $125
Two hours: $150
Small-group lessons may also be available, with pricing discussed in advance.
